Information we collect

• Contact details you provide on the Personalized Plan or Secure Application, such as name, phone number, and email address.
• Details you submit through those first-party forms to request guidance, recommendations, or application preparation from Tom Attwell.
• Application-preparation information you submit through our private Secure Application form. Social Security numbers and government ID numbers are not collected through this website.
• Basic technical data such as browser type, referring page, and site interaction data.
• First-party session attribution values from the address bar, limited to campaign and routing parameters such as utm values, gclid, msclkid, bhcid, product, state, and route.

How we use information

• To respond to your questions and provide insurance guidance.
• To prepare recommendations and help you compare available options.
• To process Personalized Plan and Secure Application submissions with Tom Attwell and the applicable carriers.

How we share information

Contact details you submit through the Personalized Plan or Secure Application are used to work with Tom Attwell and, for Secure Application, the applicable insurance carrier. They are not sold as marketing leads and are not transmitted to partner destinations as a locally collected partner lead.

When you choose an external carrier, agency, or matching destination, you leave BInsuredHere on a direct outbound click-out and enter information on that destination's site. BInsuredHere does not collect or transmit partner-bound contact details in this launch. The destination's privacy policy governs information you enter there.

Private application carve-out: Information you submit through our private application-preparation form is used only to prepare and process your request with Tom Attwell and the applicable insurance carrier. It is not sold as a marketing lead. When a carrier needs a Social Security number, Tax ID, or government ID number, the carrier will request it through its approved application process rather than this website.

We may also share information with service providers who help us operate the website (for example hosting, form processing, or analytics), and when required by law.

Your choices and opt-out

Public pages include a Privacy Choices control. You can opt out of public-page analytics there. When your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we treat that as an opt-out and do not load analytics. Privacy Choices is not shown on private application pages.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide services, maintain records, and comply with legal, regulatory, and business requirements.

Cookies and analytics

When public-page analytics is enabled, BInsuredHere may load Google Analytics 4 on public pages only after Global Privacy Control and opt-out checks, and only when a valid measurement ID is set. Analytics measures page and coverage-finder activity. It does not receive names, email addresses, phone numbers, form values, health details, financial values, or invitation tokens.

Session attribution is first-party only. During a visit we may keep campaign and routing values such as utm parameters, gclid, msclkid, bhcid, product, state, and route in first-party storage. Those values are not used as a cross-session identity.

Secure Application and its thank-you page are excluded from public-page analytics. Those pages load no funnel bundle, GA4, or partner scripts.
